Love their coffee. The best! However the experience I just had tops their coffee. My car overheated at their drive-through. The manager came out immediately and with another man pushed my out of the way and figured out the problem. Then while I was waiting for my car to cool down, the manager (or owner) came out with a free box of donuts. How nice is that! A simple act of kindness turned my whole day around. I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name but THANK YOU!
I’ve never had any personal problems with this location, my orders have always been right. My only issue is they turn off their DoorDash all the time. I work at a really busy pizza place, where sometimes I’m by myself in the store and I have to make the food, catch the oven, answer the phones and handle the counter. If I can do that, and considering every time I’ve been here there’s always at least 5-6 people on staff, there’s no reason they shouldn’t be able to handle...
I really love the Tim Hortons on 17 and Garfield the employees there are always so kind, and my food is right most of the time. the atmosphere in the lobby is amazing. I love how many seats there are to sit and they even have a nice booth. I think it would be a lot better if they had cool music playing in the lobby.
