I went to the one at new haven Michigan. Over by my doctor appointment. Excellent service. Barista was nice. I ordered the frozen hog chocolate. My friend ordered two jelly donuts. Mine was delicious. My friend loved hers. I would go back.
I hardly ever have issues here.. until today...you HAVE to train your employees on making the spider donut..the one I got today was thr worst attempt ever. very disrespectful to do to customers my 2 year old could have done a better job
Alexis helped me today and she was great.
I said I wanted a half dozen donuts, 1 cream and 3 chocolate, maybe 2 strawberry. She had it ready asap. No repeating myself. That was awesome. It was about 7 in the morning; so she was AWAKE. I wanted a weird coffee as usual and needed to pick through the 10 billion peanut butter options(Not Alexi's fault but Dunkin, cool it with the PB) and she said we can make you up anything and then I picked a few choices and she made it up for...read full review

Dunkin' offers affordable prices, but the customer service can be inconsistent. While some staff members provide excellent service, others may be unfriendly and unhelpful. The coffee and cream can also be hit or miss, with some customers experiencing issues with their orders. The donuts were cold and stale, especially the chocolate glaze, it was so dry. This place is usually okay, but the donuts were from yesterday. This is a very clean place, the baked goods were very nice and no beat up looking donuts. It did not stink. The customer service at this location is horrible, the girl behind the counter acts like she hates everyone and won’t even acknowledge you or ask you what you’d like. She just stares at you with this blank stare. Despite this, Dunkin' remains a recommended spot for a quick bite.
