I was traveling through MI and visited this Starbucks that is the prime specimen of the stupidity of their corporate office. They built a tiny location with drive-through only service on one of the busiest roads. Lines often blocks the right lane of the road. However, they did balance it somehow by putting the nicest, fastest and most efficient employees in here.
