“My family used the Game Room 2/23/25 for a Memorial Gathering for my brother, Andrew Clark. Though the reason for the occasion was a somber one, the Game Room was perfect in atmosphere, size, amenities, and decor! Food was top notch, service superior with our 2 bartenders who kept dishes clear and beverages flowing. Erin, the manager was a jewel to work with! She answered questions and offered suggestions and took every phone call with grace and sincerity. “We sat out on the patio for dinner and it was warm and cozy. We have never been there before so we asked the waitress for her recs on appetizers. The Carne Asada Fries did NOT disappoint! My hubby liked the fish tacos and the rice and beans had so much flavor! Service was amazing and the food was great! Will definitely go back for more date nights.“

“4.33/5 Always been curious about Alex's since I pass it each time I go to Pine Knob for a show. Finally decided to stop in for dinner on a Sunday night since the reviews are good. Made reservations in advance and found this wasn't necessary - we walked right in. Our server did an excellent job taking care of us. The southwest salad was a filling starter and perfect portion to split. I also loved my chicken sandwich with the boom boom sauce, but not a fan of the shoestring fries that came with them. Overall, fascinating place with options for everyone. My only other recommendation is to make sure you have a heavy sweater on because the downstairs area is freezing!!!“

“Great location, easy to find. Stopped in early on a weeknight. Not much going on, but the bartender was friendly enough, the beer was cold, the counter was clean and the few other customers were all friendly and enjoying themselves.

“What better way to celebrate a hole in one than by treating your fellow golfers to a round of drinks and appetizers at the local bar. I was lucky enough to join in the celebration and excitement at the annual ASBE foundation golf outing when a fellow golfer won the $5,000 prize. Since we were there so late we also decided to order dinner. The chicken parmesan sandwich and club sandwich really hit the spot. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to go when in the area.“

“Came up from Ohio to visit our Michigan friends, and here is where they took us to eat. I wasn't sure what to expect but it started out with an incredible welcome by a server named Vanessa. I ordered the bourbon bacon cheeseburger I think is what it was called the hamburger with beer cheese and bacon and caramelized onions. First of all it was absolutely huge! Second I have never had a better tasting hamburger in my entire life! And I've been to quite a few places, this beats it hands down! all four of us were absolutely blown Away! We're headed back up soon and that is where we will be eating dinner, and we will be asking to sit in Vanessa's section. Vanessa was amazing with us and all our little nuances and what we wanted and what we didn't want, she was just simply amazing! she's exactly what a server should be like! She absolutely deserves a raise! I look forward to seeing y'all here in the next couple months!“

“The Lakes catered a bridal shower for us today. The food was fantastic and everyone enjoyed it. We had the Michigan Salad, Firecracker Pasta w/Chicken and Salmon w/Citrus Cream Sauce. The entire experience was outstanding. I've dined in before with my family multiple times and the food has always been delicious. I would highly recommend The Lakes.“

“I went to Time Out on a Friday night around midnight in search of some late night grub. It seemed as if this was the only place open in Waterford! I tried the chicken fingers and fries, and they were great! ?? You might say how hard can that be to cook? I've been to other places that it seemed like I told them to cook a dinner impossible. Anyway, the waitstaff was awesome and attentive, plenty of TV screens, there was a great dj spinning that night as well. About 30 people came in not too long after me and atmosphere livened up considerably. The Time Out is definitely a vibe! Oh yeah, I don't drink, but I can vouch for the Coca-Cola tasting good, too ?“

“A very comfortable place with very good food and service! I love the Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday night with the Bourbon Glazed Salmon being a close second. One of the best French Onion soup bowls if you like the cheese melted over the bowl. (which I do!)“
