Restaurantji's Coloma Mexican restaurant picks are here.
“This place is FANTASTIC. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my burger before diving right in, but it was cooked perfectly and delicious. Hubby and I drove down to Coloma from Battle Creek just to have dinner there. Highly recommend.“
“The food is always delicious and fresh. They update their menu with new specials often and it’s fun to try drinks and foods the come up with. My favorite is the California Burrito with Takis, very unique. The steak quesadilla is also good!“
“First review I’ve written in google and For good reason. This was the best breakfast I’ve ever had anywhere in my life! I had the Greek skillet, with a side of French toast. Wife had biscuits and gravy. Those were delicious as well. 11/10 definitely recommend!“
“Our second visit to Sabroso and the kids ate every bite! Win for everyone!! We highly recommend the Supreme burritos! You can't finish it there's plenty to eat later and it'll still be delicious!!Kid-friendliness: Our kids had the walking tacos ? highly recommended for children!!“
“Menu is different than the one in Benton Harbor. Food is great- authentic Mexican. Portions are large. A lot better than stopping at ANY fast food place and getting fried, processed junk.Didn’t look at the meat selection or grocery area but it looks like they are set up like the one in Benton Harbor.“
“I always love the food and the service but was shocked by how much my favorite dish increased. For 3 people to eat out it was ridiculously priced in my opinion. Only one of us got one drink so it wasn't that and I understand that all prices have increased but it was definitely a shock. No complaints about the food as it's always so good! The service is always great to. If you haven't been there in awhile might want to take a look at the prices first.“
“Food is one of the best Mexican spots around. Have hired the food truck for events too and it's always gone smooth and everyone I've pointed here has not been disappointed. Very good, have only ever gotten takeout, not really a spot to sit and eat at. Grab and go enjoy!“
“Ordered steak, chicken, and al pastor tacos, plus a steak burrito and chips and salsa for pick up and all were really really good. The steak was so tender and flavorful. Loved the array of salsas and their varying heat.Finding the menu online was a bit difficult, but glad we were able to because the food was great.“
“Food: 4/5 (mouthwatering meals!)Service: 5/5 (very kind and accommodating)Atmosphere: 3/5 (okay vibe)I experienced El Sol Azteca today, as my tastebuds craved Mexican food. Very delicious spot in Saint Joseph, Michigan. I had the whole restaurant to myself, so I sat and myself at home. Just to note, there's an 18% dine in tip added to your bill if you decide to eat at the restaurant. But I had a lovely experience. The food was succulent! My plate came out hot and straight from the flattop or grill. I had my favorite Mexican dish in the world, Birrias! The shell was crunchy and flavorful, the dip was dip-tastic, and I enjoyed every piece of meat that fell on my plate. I also had the flavorful Mexican corn and tried the fabulous nachos! I appreciated the complimentary chips and salsa, but if I'm honest, the rice and beans that came with the birrias platter fell flat. The service was appreciated and great! We were greeted with love, and the menu was explained great! The server was amazing and made sure we were comfortable. The atmosphere was a little dark and flat. However, there appears to be some action going on at night at this restaurant, as there was a DJ Booth, Barbie picture setup, sombrero hats, and more to enjoy! I believe the time I came in was not a hot time slot. All in all, there were some really GOOD stuff at El Sol Azteca and some things that could be better. I'm grateful for this lovely restaurant!Vegetarian options: There were a few vegetarian options on the menu.Kid-friendliness: There's a kid-friendly full menu! Kids eat for $3.99 on some days! My son's quote about his meal, "This is one of the best meals I ever had."Parking: There was plenty of parking when I went. However, the free parking lot is small and awkward to park.Wheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of room for wheelchair accessibility.“
“My favorite chicken tacos in Michigan! The asada is my second, then chorizo and pork. Overall some of the best tacos in Michigan in my humble opinion. The carne molida tostada is amazing, they do not skimp it is well worth the price. The prices are good, very comparable. Service was fast and friendly and the portions a generous making for a good value.Found this restaurant through the mobile version at the I94 exit.“
“I moved from Colorado to Michigan last year and the last thing I expected was to find decent Mexican food in rural Michigan. I was pleasantly shocked when I discovered this restaurant. Food was fantastic and service wonderful. Best Mexican food I’ve had in years!“
