“I placed an order online for a later time. I got there a few minutes early and my sandwich was ready. I don't know how she did that but the girl being the counter was making sandwiches and giving the online orders away all at once. I'm impressed. My sandwich was exactly how I asked it too. I will be back :) Thanks!“

“Hello, my name is Lechelle and I am a director at a local preschool in St Joe. Last year we were blessed by many local businesses’ contribution to our teacher appreciation week. Our staff loves getting gift cards from local businesses and I was wondering if you might be willing to donate this year? We are looking for any kind of contribution- whether it be in yummy food products or low denomination ($5-$10) gift cards. Teacher appreciation week is May1st- May5th. If you choose to contribute we would like to post your business on our communication board and monthly family newsletter. Thank you for your time and consideration.“

“I would like to acknowledge Jessica and Savanah on their outstanding service. They are prime examples of what it means to be a subway employee and grade A American servers. I would like to award each of them the good noodle badge of honor and integrity and purity and wonderfulness.
Through scorching heat (from lack of ac…) and lines of patrons as long as the Mississippi, they stand high above mediocracy and are a beacon to the community. God bless Subway™️, God bless America!
End transmission is“

“I came to order a sandwich & the line was long, so I sat down waiting for the line to be short as I took out my cellphone & browsed the internet. It was while I was sitting down that I heard a lady at the checker register shout at me & couldn’t understand what she was saying & I asked her to come closer & say what she was saying. She came with an attitude & asked if I was a customer. I said, “yes & I would order as soon as the line got shorter.” She went on to demand that I get up & order & that she was the manager or else I had to leave. I asked why was she rude & shouting & why act like an idiot instead of a manager. Then I got up & proceeded to the line. She screamed out, “get off the line, you can’t order here, I am the manager!” I obeyed & left the line to de-escalate the situation. When I was leaving I said, “you are the manager of this place but you are not the owner!” While I was leaving she went on to scream at me & saying, “kiss my a*** go back to where you came from!” I find this behavior not only unprofessional but repulsive & discriminatory among other things. I have already reported the incident to the then, Walmart manager on duty, Belinda. I would like management of this establishment to issue a statement regarding this incident & to correct this situation, to say the least. Thank you.“
