“I can't remember the guys name who took our order. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He made our whole experience smooth and fun... he worked on 3 different subs at the same time. I never seen anyone do that. I really wish I remembered his name he really deserves a raise!“
“There were a couple of issues with the Napier location. The regional manager contacted me. Zach was wonderful. He listened and apologized. I wish there were more employees like Zach at the Napier Ave location. He is professional, kind and understanding. What a great representative for Jimmy John's to have.“
“I get their chicken salads everyday and it fuels me to run 20 miles daily 7 days a week. Ever since I got my 1st salad here I couldn't help but to make it my daily treat. It's always consistent and the flavor is amazing! Great job guys and thank you for your wonderful service.“
“I came to order a sandwich & the line was long, so I sat down waiting for the line to be short as I took out my cellphone & browsed the internet. It was while I was sitting down that I heard a lady at the checker register shout at me & couldn’t understand what she was saying & I asked her to come closer & say what she was saying. She came with an attitude & asked if I was a customer. I said, “yes & I would order as soon as the line got shorter.” She went on to demand that I get up & order & that she was the manager or else I had to leave. I asked why was she rude & shouting & why act like an idiot instead of a manager. Then I got up & proceeded to the line. She screamed out, “get off the line, you can’t order here, I am the manager!” I obeyed & left the line to de-escalate the situation. When I was leaving I said, “you are the manager of this place but you are not the owner!” While I was leaving she went on to scream at me & saying, “kiss my a*** go back to where you came from!” I find this behavior not only unprofessional but repulsive & discriminatory among other things. I have already reported the incident to the then, Walmart manager on duty, Belinda. I would like management of this establishment to issue a statement regarding this incident & to correct this situation, to say the least. Thank you.“
“Mike and his wife are great people serving the best breakfast and lunch I had while in coloma at very reasonable prices. Down to earth people serving good food and conversation. They don’t have seating but that’s just fine. I took my food to the river pull out and ate while watching the water go by.“
