“The Lakes catered a bridal shower for us today. The food was fantastic and everyone enjoyed it. We had the Michigan Salad, Firecracker Pasta w/Chicken and Salmon w/Citrus Cream Sauce. The entire experience was outstanding. I've dined in before with my family multiple times and the food has always been delicious. I would highly recommend The Lakes.”

“A great place to grab your favorite bar bites. We were in the neighborhood visiting friends and decided to try somewhere new to everyone.

They have lots of options on the menu and a variety of choices for children. We shared the beer cheese dip as an appetizer, and I had the steak tacos. I would recommend both. The onion rings are massive and everyone enjoyed them.

Overall, a great family friend please to grab a bite to eat for lunch.”

“Many moons ago, my wife worked at a Quiznos. On top of that, we both ate at Quiznos a couple of times per week because we were addicted.

Unfortunately, all of the stores in our area (Grand Rapids) closed down.

We were lucky enough to find this location on the way to Detroit, and stopped in on the way to and the way home from Detroit.

The owners are super friendly, the food was as good as I can remember, and we will definitely be back any time we head to the east side of MI.

“Benitos has thee best pizza with the best cheese and really good dough. I just had some of the best pizza from here and am a regular at this location. Delivery is always quick with hot food and the owner is a really nice lady!!! 100% recommend this food!!”

Being a native metro Detroiter I recall the days of fabulous almond boneless chicken (ABC) from one particular restaurant. 30+ years later, I’m still searching for that taste. This place is pretty darn close. The lunch combo portion was huge, more than enough for two very generous servings. In fact when I picked up the order the bag was so heavy I checked inside to be sure I had gotten the right order. The chicken was tender and breading crisp despite my not eating it for 45 minutes after picking it up. The gravy is the a bit salty neon yellow I recall. The fried rice with a few bean sprouts mixed in was equally good. I did not care for the eggroll, but its importance was marginal. The place is primarily carryout, although they have a few tables where you can sit and enjoy your food. My order was ready promptly. So if you’re one of those metro Detroiters looking to satisfy”

“I love this place! We are not celiac but do have severe reactions in our house to gluten/wheat intolerance. They make us Gluten Free Orange chicken and it’s amazing and fills our bucket! Love them!”

“First time eating from this pizza place and it was by far the best food ever!! Best pizza place in commerce Township. I ordered 2 topping pepperoni and bacon and some bread. It had amazing flavor to it, both the pizza and bambino bread. Bambino bread was so tasty and delicious. It’s my favorite for trying it for the first time. I will be returning to eat here again.”

Golf simulator party rooms, baseball, football bowling, volleyball, basketball, a huge pool table in the floor that you kick the balls to play and axe throwing just to name a few. Great food and excellent drinks at the bar, inside this huge complex with a great small bar vibe.”
