Great family reunion dinner. Unfortunately we were not able to have couples checks which effected one couple without as much funding as the others. With computers on the orders this should have been easy to do
Using open table to make a reservation - receiving 2 phone calls and a text to reconfirm the reservation seems excessive. If you don't like open table - don't use it for your establishment. Also received an erroneous text from the GM to come back and sign the credit card receipt - during our visit - which we hadn't received the bill yet and asking the GM for clarification. She repeatedly blamed our server. By name. Multiple times in front of us and the other tables...
