August 23, 2023, at 8:35pm. Store location 14 mile Rd near the five expressway. I frequent this Jimmy Johns a lot, I work a 10 shift and this store is on my way home. I reached the store around 8:35pm today after my shift and ordered my usual sandwich. The store closes at 9pm, so I had 30 minutes before they closed. I was prompted to leave a tip on two separate screens after paying $30 for three sandwiches. Jimmy John's pay your employees more I'm not going to support this asinine tipping culture.

Jimmy Johns always has consistently well made sandwiches, I always get the Turkey Tom with a side of kickin Ranch and it's never disappointed! Unfortunately, as others have mentioned it seems the customer service is not the best here. The problem I had was when I placed a delivery through their app, I see a $5-6 delivery fee - I think thats okay because I know they pay their employees.
