“Great coffee but I often get the wrong food order. I got the wrong order when eating there with family. By the time my food came everybody else was done eating so I took it to go. When I got home, I saw they had given me the wrong order. Today, I stopped by to pick up bagels and biscuits and when I got home, they again had given me the wrong order. Lesson learned! Check the bag before you leave the store!
Follow up: Brianna from JO called me same day to follow up. She talked to me about what happened in an effort to make corrections. I appreciated her call and she made everything right. Thank you!“

“Today I visited Einstein Bros Bagels for the first time. I am so glad that I stopped in. My sandwich, coffee, & schmerefuls were all fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. The location was clean and inviting. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great job. My new favorite spot!“

“I just left the Dunkin in Weston WV and I want to give the 2 guys working a HUGE round of applause. They were the only 2 there to take and prepare all of the orders. Let me tell you, they were busy, but they were more polite and courteous than I have seen from places that were fully staffed. They deserve a bonus for sure. If any manager sees this post, please pass this review on to the Weston WV Dunkin manager. Thank You“

“First time here and I didn’t realize I came in 9 minutes before closing time. By the time I realized because no one was at the register I was ready to walk out until someone came and said he’ll take our order. Was super sweet and nice of the company to take our order when they already packed everything and started cleaning. He even gave us fresh bagels and the bagel was amazing ! I will be coming back inshallah“
