“My little family of four went to Mr. Chicken for the first time (6pm, Sept 11, 24) and it was fabulous! My 12 year old grandson and my two daughters enjoyed every last bite that we could make ourselves eat.

The restaurant is old, cute and inviting! We were all very comfortable.

Also, a huge shout out to our waitress. We believe there was only one waitress and she was exceptionally great!

Kid-friendliness: My grandson is always such a nervous little guy in the restaurants, but he was so comfy here. We laughed and talked as if we were at home!“

“Sept 2024 - It's rare for me to give this high of a rating because I have high quality standards, but this place deserves it; this was my first time ordering from here; the pizza I ordered was perfectly made as I ordered; its a shame, but that's a rarity these days; customer service is just not a priority for many places, even to just take a simple phone pizza order request and making it to order specificity, but they did great! I ordered multiple items on my pizza with extra sauce; it came out perfectly and was delicious; after ordering pizza from various places in western metro detroit, I think I just found my go to pizza place; def one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time; they will def cont to have my business. I only gave 4 stars on the atmosphere because I ordered carryout, but I went in and picked it up and it seemed like a nice quaint little Italian restaurant with nice Italian music playing, kind of old school like, but I really like that classic setting; I may have given 5 stars if dined in and had a pleasant experience“

“I ordered a Greek Salad yesterday from Kabob Inn and it was SOOOO GOOD!! Chicken was just how I like it cooked and I added ranch dressing. I was in heaven. They also have great customer service!! I'm making them a preferred lunch spot!!“

“Really nice folks and beautiful interesting interior. Been on my list opening 4 months ago. Ordered Pupu Platter, Chinese Scallion Pancakes, Large Chinese Veggies Soup and Chicken Egg Foo Young. Surprised when eating inside no plates or silverware. Everything brought out in to go containers that's okay. Absolutely fantastic Delicious Scallion Pancakes not found in many places. The quart of Spot packed full was good except broth zero flavor like water. Chicken Egg Foo Young nothing like ever had weird crunchy patties with very small amount of gravy. The very good Rice and a mega amount. Egg Roll spot on Wonderful. The bad absolutely worse ever Pupu Platter Chicken Wings dry, Crab Rangoon Yuk, Shrimp heavy batter couldn't taste Shrimp. Ribs just ok, Spring Rolls a winner and what they call Teriyaki Beef I know as Balamaki was great. I'm willing to give them another chance to change my 3 star rating. Great effort by cook just not up to par with dozen other Chinese restaurants in the area.“

“Went here and actually didn't care for the original dish I ordered. There was NOTHING wrong with it. I just didn't care for it. My friend thought it was great. The owner came right over and insisted that I get something else because he wanted me to have a great experience. He personally rushed my food. Their lasagna is DELICIOUS. Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend, and the antipasto salad is the best!“

“we had lunch at the Canton location. the service was prompt and the food was really good. The Chicken Shwarma was cooked perfectly and the rice and grilled vegetables were done very well. the lentil soup was delicious. be sure to get a lemon crush to drink.“

“Had a meal with my mom yesterday the biscuits came dried out, hard like rocks and came out old and cold. Our waitress never brought out plates for out appetizer I had to ask for them. I had to ask for bags to take our food home, the dinning room was dirty and full of tables that needed to be cleaned. I never received another drink when I asked for a refill. The food was just ok nothing special and for the cost of 2 meals, appetizer, and dessert, with 2 drinks the service was awful. I've been to this location before and everything was fine. But yesterday it was just awful I was trying to take my mother out for a good time. Your restaurant costs so much to have awful customer service.“

“This food is diabolical. The food is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy nor a dog or a cat to eat it. The taste of the food was unrecognizable. I’ve never taste Chinese food taste so disgusting I called and spoke with the manager. They told me that I can get a refund. I brought the food back the next day. The lady refused to give me a refund told me there were no refund. I told her that I spoke with the manager and the manager told me I could get a refund. She then took my food to the back. Did something with it. I heard the man back they’re yelling and screaming to the top of his lungs. This inside of this restaurant is disgusting as well. It has a smell like something dead. I would just suggest no one eat there eat at your own risk. My daughter was sick behind it.“

“Golden Bakery is always busy, so just get out of the way if you need more time to look in the showcases, and let the more experienced buyers go ahead of you.If you have never been to Golden bakery, start by getting some REAL "string cheese" (not the slime in a plastic tube). It's called Twist Cheese, and it contains Caraway seeds. Check my pictures for the correct one to get. It's refrigerated.Next you want a bottle of Ayran , often labeled "yogurt drink". You need to serve this very cold. Never drink it slightly chilled. You have been warned.“
