First.. their website is the easiest and most user friendly site for an Arabic bakery I've seen to date. They use the "toast" pay system. Only negative is the site doesn't let you enter a future pickup date, only gives the "asap" option. I have done a disservice to myself by not spending time in Dearborn; the owner was such a kind man and I got to try the bbq chicken pizza and it was nothing short of spectacular. Writing this as I finish devouring this slice of pizza deliciousness. I came here to get their cheese pizza - by the slice - New York style and I can safely say that it was worth it. Crispy edges, nice well done crust, not too oily or floppy, high quality cheese and marinara sauce. This is how a New York pizza ought to be.
