I have been coming to Mati’s since it first opened in the 80’s. There is no question that the sandwiches are good. However, your claim that $15.99 per sandwich is the going rate statewide is incorrect. The two other delis I frequent are $1-$3 per sandwich less. Also, the prices on your online menu and the instore menus are $1-$2 less than the price at the deli. $3.99 for a brownie seems a bit high as well. The employee who answered the phone was super friendly; the employee who checked me when I paid was not & seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The prices online and the in-store menu are incorrect & different than one another & not the correct price of the item I paid for. When I suggested to the employee who rang me out that they should let people know that when they call in their order, her response was, “well, they’re aware of it.” I’m assuming “they’re”...

The Caesar Wrap was my go to for 25 years and I just bought one today and the dressing is Italian now 😞
The original dressing for the chicken Caesar wrap was the selling point, that’s what topped the sandwich and made it so good but it’s not now. It’s just sad.
