“Tropical Smoothie Cafe is honestly one of my favorite spots because the smoothies are always fresh and flavorful, and the food actually tastes healthy while still being really good. The staff are usually super friendly, patient, and fast with orders, which makes the whole experience even better. The service feels welcoming every time, and they do a great job keeping everything quick and organized. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit but overall it’s amazing.“

“I placed an online order and went inside to pick it up and I asked the funny looking caucasian girl with turquoise hair at the register for a cup of water and she walks back over to me within to feet of me put the cup on the countertop and slides the straw to me. That was rude & racist. I pretty sure if I was the same race I both items would've been handed to me directly to my hand.“
