“This review is for the girl who was working the food station/register @2pm on 2/19/26.. I never left a review on this store because it would have been a low star experience..The employees working at the time did not deserve that because it was short staffed. Today this girl who made the quesadillas actually put cheese and chicken in them that wasn't lite and weak it was a perfect amount. I have gone here for years and it's mid at best, I could only wish that they pay her more and make sure they take care of customers like she did. I will be back to give her a nice tip and wether she isn't there or the people don't make it as good (which they never have) that girl should be the manager and keep customers coming back!!! I certainly hope whoever owns this place understands how hard their job is and how much a good employee is worth!!“

“Absolutely love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I stop here every morning and order the same smoothie, and it’s always ready when I arrive. The staff consistently greet me when I walk in and make me feel so welcome every single day.

It’s become a part of my daily routine, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and positive atmosphere they provide. It’s clear this team takes pride in what they do, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.
