Quaint and simple concept. Bring a little of Europe to Corktown. The interior is very calm and pleasant, the menu is simple, the ingredients are accessible. My husband and I live in Los Angeles and went to Alpino on our trip to Detroit. The service, food and drinks were amazing. We spoke to the owner David when we arrived and he couldn't have been cooler. We will for sure be back on our next trip.
I’ve been coming to Alpino occasionally over the last few years, basically since they opened, and it’s been great to see how consistently good they are.
On my last visit, the Venison Loin was absolutely fantastic, and the chocolate cake
