The gurkensalat made vegan is one of my favorite vegetable dishes. The plating is beautiful and it gets even more beautiful as you eat and it becomes deconstructed (pictured). The pickled shallot and mustard seed add so much wonderful texture and flavor, marigold petals and herb oil add a pleasant pop of color, and the cucumbers themselves are brined deliciously. I ordered the bransino, a side of potatoes and a cortado. Everything was delicious! I think that it has been one of the best bransino I’ve ever tried. Service was excellent. It was my first time in Detroit and I definitely want to come back to this restaurant when I visit again.
Excellent experience! We sat at the bar and Connor guided us through dinner with expertise. The cocktails were outstanding and the food sublime. Will certainly be returning to enjoy again!
