We were looking for a lunch spot with vegan options near the DIA and happened to find Baobab Fare. I cannot say enough—it was such a pleasant experience all-around! They offer friendly, fast service, a warm atmosphere, and authentic, delicious dishes that create a symphony of flavors. Definitely a place to remember!
This place is outstanding. Delicious, filling, soul-warming meals, a vibe that feels simultaneously cozy and spacious, welcoming and competent waitstaff. The house-made hot hibiscus tea is not to be missed - sweet, fruity, fragrant, and delicious.
