I discovered this bakery at the Ann Arbor Farmer's Market and their bagels are absolutely the best I have ever had, and I frequently eat bagels. I got their everything flavored bagels and they are smothered in delicious everything seasoning and so flavorful! I love the chewiness they have from being sourdough. Truly an art. I can't wait to try more of their unique flavors. I also loved their chili crisp cream cheese, what a treat!
I usually get the gambler delivered, three maybe 4 times a month, Always the same bagel. Really good, always comes warm..The hot sauce brings it all together its very consistent 👌
Every bagel from here is fantastic and I love trying the new ones! Everything is flavorful and made with care, and they do NOT skimp on the cream cheese. Lots of options and the hot sandwiches are *chefs kiss*. Even when they are slammed, the wait time is reasonable, they have a solid production line! My favorite is the green goddess cream cheese, which I happily eat despite mild lactose intolerance. Worth it. Go check em out!
