This was even better than the other Buddy’s location that we ate at last time we were in Detroit. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. There was a $19.46 special for their 80th birthday. The server, Chris, was super friendly.
Well worth the trip for me, as someone who was excited to see the original location. For the sake of the history and tradition, the birthplace of Detroit style pan pizza. Our server was very nice and genuinely enthusiastic about her job. I really appreciated how friendly she was.
One of Detroit's BEST Pizza offering! Now you can get it in the stores too...but best at the restaurant - fresh and hot with lots of cheese and sauce!!! A must try pizza place!
