I went to the Downtown Detroit Capital One Cafe today for the first time to use the ATM to make a cash deposit. There were three ATMs onsite, two in the front vestibule that offer 24-hour access and one tucked away discreetly in the back of the cafe. The ambassadors on shift were both friendly and eager to assist.

I am on the fence with Capital one. One of my cards expired in November 2023. It says they will send a new card 4 weeks pryer to expiration. Never came. Sent numerous messages, said again on the way.I finally was able to talk to someone and they would expedite one for $50.00. Are you kidding me. I have to pay for Capital one's mistake. Wow!
