Wet Picnic is a nice and cozy place in Midtown Detroit with an unmatched vibe. The indoor atmosphere is moody and intimate, complemented by an incredible outdoor patio. The drinks are where this place really shines, with incredible cocktails made from house-made spirits. The kiwi tomato margarita is one of the most unique and balanced cocktails, and the house-made non-alcoholic bourbon is also a standout. The bar has a unique creative concept of pairing cocktails with different scents, making the whole experience even better. Service is exceptional, with highly skilled and knowledgeable bartenders. The experience and passion of the owner-operators come through in everything from the menu to the hospitality. Wet Picnic is a perfect stop for a before-or-after dinner drink, a hidden gem, and a low-key gathering spot despite being hugely popular. A five-star experience and a great addition to Midtown Detroit.
