Castalia at Sfumato is a unique bar playing with your sense of taste using your sense of smell. They make great cocktails and enhance the taste with a squeeze of a fragrance that goes well with that cocktail on a paper attached to your glass or outside of your glass. Their staff is great too. Definitely a must go destination, especially if you want to be experimental.
This is hands-down my favourite establishment to imbibe a uniquely-crafted cocktail! The owners and staff are all friendly, attentative and offer the prime combination of flavor and scent anywhere in the metro area. Every experience at Castalia has exceeded expectations, and every friend I've introduced to the concept has been delighted!
