The team members work with tight choreography despite the pressure, especially the back-of-house crew who hustle doing the most important jobs. The food is generally excellent, with quality that shows. Many items are fresh, hot, and prepared just right, with nuggets that taste good. However, there can be inconsistencies. Orders sometimes have missing items like straws, egg on a cobb salad, or forgotten elements. Fries can be room temperature, seem like they've been sitting, have very dark pieces, or be undercooked. Lettuce on a salad can be wilted. The drive-thru experience can be slow, with long waits where cars are passed up or ignored, though walk-up service is also available.
