The problem with this place is that they are definitely under staffed..... theres normally 2 workers no matter when i come in.... i really commend the ladies who hold down the fort without complaints during the downtown detroit lunch and even rushes
My order was accepted @841p, I didnt get the order until 1235a after the store was already closed for business. When my order arrived the delivery driver gave me a different pop because they didnt have what I ordered, and my order was cold. There was no apology, he didn't even acknowledge the fact that it took so long until I mentioned it, though he was more than aware of the extended wait. He just shrugged and started that they only have 1 driver. I will never order from this...read full review
They only have 1 or 2 people working weekends at night. 2 hours after I ordered a cheese bread and order is still saying placed and have not started making it yet.
