Today I visited the bakery and also took a picture of one of my favorite restaurants in mexicantown ( el Zocalo ) across the street and when I came home to post a review for it I come to find out they are temporary closed ? I truly hope they open back up soon so everyone can enjoy the amazing authentic cuisine I experienced last time going there!! ❤️
So bummed that this place is closing! They just re-opened, ugh!! The club here is awesome, super spacious and a hot bartender LOL. But really though, this was the best spot to dance salsa on a saturday night. Unfortunately, COVID ended all that for el zocalo. Hopefully one day they will come back :( Btw: I ordered food here once and it took FOREVER but the place was packed that day and they were understaffed. The food was good though once it finally came out lol.
A very vibrant,friendly ambience with eye-candy Central American decor accentuating the experience,while one delightfully devours the authentic Mexican cuisine. A well-stocked bar will provide one with a wide selection of alcoholic refreshments to wash it all down while attaining a"laid back"demeanor. Great food. Greater time!!
