I had the absolute honor of visiting this establishment last week, and I’m still thinking about it. It was an incredible experience, the greeting from the wonderful hostess to the choreographed food service.
I have a pretty rare allergy, which they were effortlessly able to accommodate.
I cannot speak more highly of this establishment- the food was beautifully presented and delivered and explained.

The food had a very unique take on flavor combinations, which were hit or miss about how well they worked. It was experimental which I enjoyed. Unfortunately for cost, the scallops should not be rubbery and the skin so blackened on a fish that it is almost inedible. These minor (ish) mistakes are what makes a fantastic restaurant to just eh. My favorite part was actually the non alcoholic cocktail, the amaro sour. It was surprisingly refreshing and felt cared for and complex that...
