We had the most lovely dinner among a group of six friends. The food was interesting and delicious, and beautifully presented, and the service was attentive and well-paced. The tables are spaced far apart, and the background noise was not too loud. It was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I have had in a very long time.
We enjoyed our meal at Freya very much. To have a vegan tasting menu option is so exciting! Everything was delicious, well-timed and interesting. The only thing that felt off was the service. There were many servers attending to our table but we received our first course while plates from the starter were still sitting there. While the service was really good, the atmosphere definitely did not reflect that of a restaurant whose prefix is $95 per person. I found the scattered tables gave a feeling more of a school cafe than a fine dining restaurant. The mocktail (Sour Amaro) was really good and the cocktail my friend had he enjoyed also.
