I stopped by your location in downtown Detroit on Griswold and my experience was nothing but amazing your employees Aniya H and Nekiel p were so helpful And very hard-working from my observance while sitting in your establishment, I appreciate the cleanliness and the friendliness of your employees not only did they make great food but they have excellent customer service. Keep up the good work, ladies.

We had someone go pick this up for us as my team couldn’t get away from work. It’s standard jimmy johns, so the food tasted good!! But the take out quality was lacking. The sandwiches were not cut in half, no napkins. And the person picking up had to gather and bag themselves.

Go here all the time for lunch during work. Freaky fast, as always. Food is just like at any other Jimmy John's.
They close ridiculously early, like 3 pm on a weekday. Keep that in mind.
