Trash 🗑 they emptied the jar of mayo on my chicken sandwich. Mayo falling off the bun 😂
So currently in the Kfc and Vanessa the manger is being very rude to this lady that’s telling her her wings are cold and hard and then she’s not trying to replace them and she keeps yelling at the women. I don’t know what Vanessa is going through but she need to get it together! Being rude is not good manager ethic
Visited this location on W 7 Mile on my lunch Monday 8/10/26 placed my order then asked to use restroom, opened door looked at the toilet and said oh Hell Nawl! There was mold looked like on the toilet I never made it inside of the bathroom it was so nasty. Then the MGR told a male customer to use the ladies bathroom. So men and women use the omens restroom.. oh I forgot my nuggets weren’t done I had to send back. It was the bathroom that got me to make this review

KFC offers a convenient drive-through experience with fast service, according to reviews. However, some customers have reported issues with the quality of the Chicken Nugget Meal, which they found undercooked and overpriced. Despite these concerns, the staff is described as courteous and understanding.
