My food was good and my order was right. The place is cramped up with limited space to move around. Not enough staff at time made things move slower. The bathroom needed tending to but someone handled that before I said anything they just needed time. Same thing with dinning room they just needed time to get to things.
Everything was good
You guys have to be patient even though I waited a little longer for my food but they made it up to me the cashier and the lady that handed me the food Janae and the cashier we're very sweet they even gave me a shake for my birthday. So guys be patient with them people are short-staffed nowadays appreciate that we still have Burger King in our neighborhood. Bless

KFC is loved for the lemon parfait, but some customers miss it. The $5 boxes used to come with cookies, but not anymore. However, the great service on Labor Day at 4:30 pm was exceptional. The two young ladies working were polite, patient, and had excellent communication skills. Their work ethic stood out, making the overall experience great. Customers have also noted that despite some issues, the store was very clean and organized. On multiple occasions after 10 pm, customers received hot, fresh chicken and good service, which is appreciated especially late at night. Some reviews mentioned that the fries can be dry and old-tasting, and that communication could be better, as staff seemed more interested in their cell phones than helping guests. There was also a concern about difficulty using the ordering screen for some customers, but overall, the staff's politeness and effort made a positive impression. Many customers love this location for its consistently fresh chicken and great customer service, making it a favorite for those craving spicy chicken.
