Today was my first day eating LCG since they moved into the new location. I actually liked the new place because it fits in with all the other restaurants and bars where you can mingle and eat. The beans and rice w/ cajun sausage still slaps and it is a meal by itself. I also enjoyed the plastic bowl opposed to the straform they served back in the day...see you tomorrow!
My co-workers told me about this place & I ordered Fried fish (A la Carte), greens and yams. The fish was very small and thin and I had more batter than fish. The greens and yams were very good also the corn bread that came along with it. I was kind of upset that I paid $7.95 (doordash) for the fish but it is what it is. I still plan on trying something different from this restaurant.
