How fun that I found Marcus online. My parents met at Marcus in 1940 where they both worked. In 1950 our family moved to Littleton, Colorado where they opened a diner and served the same Marcus style hamburgers.
Very old-school spot with reasonable prices. Some meals are still under $10, which is hard to find these days. It really reminds me of the classic burger joints from back in ’83 — simple, good food and a nostalgic atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by if you like that old-school feel.
What a fantastic place great little burger very unique. OWNER came out and spoke with me. It’s nice to have personal service these days. It’s a few and far between the waitress was fantastic.
