Gave me incorrect food (national Coney Island) and told me I was lying about it when I did. Gave me back the food and took the extra patty (which I paid for) and simply took the toppings off instead of providing a new burger. It was a $37 meal and nothing was correct.

The hours of operation are not correct. They close early regularly. The staff is rude. We came 20 mins prior to close, they let us in to order and after ordering they told us it was too late and then canceled our order and were extremely rude about it. This has happened to us several times. Unacceptable customer service., but Im sure nothing will change.

I got a roast beef sandwich and it was terrible. First of all they didn’t offer any toppings like lettuce or tomatoes. The only thing they offered was cheese, mayonnaise, and barbecue sauce. I only chose the roast beef sandwich because it looked good on the picture boy was I wrong. The roast beef was tasteless and rubbery, so I thought I could kind of make it better to my liking, because I can cook, but that didn’t work. The meat is no good. If I was you don’t order the roast beef sandwich because you’ll be disappointed ☹️.

MGM COMPANY LIES ON BLACK YOUNG MEN AND MGM IS SCARED OF BLACK MEN AND THEY TALK TOUGH ON THE PHONE BUT BE CRY BABIES INPERSON EPECIALLY THE WOMEN IN HR THEY ARE RACIST AND THE COMPANY FIRE HONEST BLACK WORKERS WHO ARE MEN. ALSO RACHEL MEIER AND ELLEN WOLFF IS IGNORANT AND HAVE A UNHAPPY LIFE AND THEY BOTH NEEDS THEIR JAW BROKEN ON HOW THEY DISRESPECT PEOPLE. MGM LIES ALOT TO MAKE THEM SELF LOOK GOOD WHEN THEY ARE LIARS AND USERS AND THEY HATE BLACK PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THE COMPANY .

Food was a little expensive quality was better than average. I thought the food was just okay enjoy the chili, cheese fries and coney Dog the most pizza was dry, wasn't that bad But I would prefer sauce on my pizza the soup was kind of bland

this is a very sad marketplace. used to have a lot of great options but the menus have all significantly decreased. corners pizza is a joke now. they literally were awesome with good topping options and a really incredible signature corners only deep dish pizza. now they are only selling paper thin slices for $6 each or a giant paper thin pizza for $30. topping options are only cheese with option of pepperoni. there’s like no sauce on the pizza either. extra empty market station just sitting dormant for years in this market. Detroit wing company was great also but they just switched to a different type of chicken tender that has way too much breading on it and nullifies any of the dry/wet rubs you choose. the Asian restaurant is the best bet here imo but they also reduced their menu. come on mgm get it together please :/

Watch your Debit Cards! Used mine at Bar and ATM only! Ended up with a $27.00 online gambling charge! I never noticed will I ever utilize on line gaming! Contacted MGM and they want to blow it off. Happened in their casino and their site! You would think they would be interested? Nope just a cash grab! Thieves!

Be VERY careful with getting credit with this casino. The cage manager, Shelia, will cash repayments checks early (taking food out of your mouth), ghost communications, and try to embarrass you in front of staff. A childish coward who clearly can’t handle her business or is too ignorant to know how to conduct business in the first place. Instead of responding to my email or calling, she involved marketing to turn off all my perks even though my check bounced because SHE didn’t read the note ask the check not be cashed until 2.14. (The check was also dated 2/14/2025.) The lack of professionalism and disrespect I’ve received (even as a Platinum member) is beyond unacceptable. I won’t be stepping foot back in MGM until I’m given an apology and things are corrected. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
