Was a nice location with the view and with easy access to the GM building the downside is there is no free parking to pickup an order. Didn't know where to go so I called and I was told to turn my hazard lights on and park in front of the building where it says no parking and pick up my rapid pick-up order.
I've gotten delivery from here twice ands both times my orders were way off. I asked for extra cucumbers- I got none. I asked for arugula to be added- nope. My sandwich was supposed to have peppadew peppers- also missing. My drink was also missing. The cost of having my lunch (you pick two) was $20. That's pretty pricey, especially when it wasn't even close to being correct. I will not be ordering from here again. Corporate customer service was fantastic. This is my absolute favorite location for Panera bread. Grab a snack or drink, and enjoy the breeze on the Detroit River right out the back door. Don't forget the beautiful interior of the Renaissance Center/GM building. Recommend a visit, I often visit my accounts there.
