Today, Popeyes was experiencing a outage to where they weren’t able to accept anything but exact change down to the cent and no tap/card paying options due to high winds and different things happening with their connections. However , that didn’t stop them from providing quality customer service and assistance to all of its patrons and that was admirable enough for me to leave a review. The manager held it down and made me want to keep returning. Thank you for your service...

We ordered from the Louisiana Kitchen on Livernois through ezCater, and I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were. Even though we were outside the window to change our order, a quick phone call made all the difference. The person who answered was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, took care of updating the order, and made sure everything was still delivered on time with the additional items included.
