Today, Popeyes was experiencing a outage to where they weren’t able to accept anything but exact change down to the cent and no tap/card paying options due to high winds and different things happening with their connections. However , that didn’t stop them from providing quality customer service and assistance to all of its patrons and that was admirable enough for me to leave a review. Even though we were outside the window to change our order, a quick phone call made all the difference. The person who answered was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, took care of updating the order, and made sure everything was still delivered on time with the additional items included.

On this date the service was excellent. The carbonation on all drinks seemed low or empty. Noticed on this date that it's not the staff that slows the service, but most of its customers. This location appears to frequently have difficult customers that are rude and crowd the counter preventing other customers from being served. And this is every time I've been there.
