Dynasty B checked us out. She should not be in the service business. She is terribly rude! I will absolutely avoid this restaurant in the future just to avoid another possible interaction with her. All other employees were pleasant.
Had a late connecting flight and it was close to my gate and didn’t want greasy bar food. Never had Potbelly before, sandwich was great (would get again) but the gentleman making my sandwich was so nice and friendly and had the nicest smile! Even though we were both tired from a long day he made me feel welcome and made for a pleasant experience. Small sitting area but plenty of room at 9:30pm
NAWAL Made me a smoking awesome salad to beat the band! Loaded with awesome stuff and really nicely made, and she served it with a smile was very sweet about answering questions. Her other two coworkers also were very sweet and helpful! Surprisingly nice atmosphere!
