I loved how quick the food was, the prices were reasonable for downtown, and I liked the ordering kiosks. You have to pay by credit card FYI. They have some grab and go snacks/salads/sandwiches/drinks which you can take and scan at the kiosk. You could also order hot food there and they'd call your number when it was ready. The hamburger was overworked and as a result on the tougher side. It was also under seasoned - it could have used a pinch of salt and pepper. You don't get to order w a person, only a kiosk, so there was limited opportunity to personalize the burger. I prefer medium-rare, but everything comes out well done. The price was quite reasonable, at only $7 for a decent sized cheeseburger.

I stayed in the hotel across the street for a work trip, so came in here on two of the mornings for coffee. I can't comment too much on the larger food side of the house (I did buy a protein bar using the self-checkout machine, but that's it). Ordering coffee on the touch screen was relatively self-explanatory, but I think I remember not being able to order my latte "warm" instead of hot (we were going to drink it there).
