This used to be one of my favorite locations, been coming here since they opened but I’m officially done and will drive the extra couple miles to Royal Oak. The wait times are horrible. Why does it take 30min for a mobile order? That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Then there is very snooty, nice/nasty girl that usually works the walk up window that hands out the coffee without sleeves or stoppers. Then gets an attitude when you ask her for anything. The quality of drinks has gone down to the point they are not even good anymore. Every PSL I have gotten from this location this season has been disgusting.

Love Starbucks. Just not this location. Lines are long and service is slow. They are chronically and consistently understaffed. Not a fan of this location.

This Starbucks is in Michigan. It’s cold, rainy, or snowing for half the year. Someone made the decision to make it a drive through and mobile walk up only. No public access to the building, even if just to pick up your order and leave.

This Starbucks has gotten extremely slow in the past few months. I would have thought that closing down the lobby and doing a mobile order window with speed things up like it does and other cities. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue.

The mobile order pickup window, instead of being able to go inside and pickup an order is a hassle. The staff is nice, though.

I placed a mobile order in the app. The wait time was 20 minutes from the time we placed the order. Also Our drinks had no sleeves and upon being handed my two drinks my fingers got burnt on my walking to my car. Our food was not ready with the drinks and when we did get them no bag or napkins was offered. All of the items that is the standard for Starbucks was clearly visible thru the windows and was being given to drive thru customers but not window customers such as us.

Wished I could go inside because the drive-through line was long. Was surprised to see the inside wasn't open to the public and that it was mobile only. I tried my best to put my order on the app, but I had had a hard time jumping through hoops since it was my first time. A sweet and pretty worker opened the window and helped me. She made my drink perfectly and made the process easier!

So slow. And the staff is so rude. I don’t know what happened to this location. So disappointing. They ignore you at the mobile window now that they have it.

I've been going to this location for years. They stopped allowing indoor service, drive up only, and the consistency and quality of the drinks plummeted. Mocha Frappuccino didn't have coffee in it, was mostly chocolate, and was drenched with chocolate drizzle. No milk no coffee? And it was totally liquid when I received it. The wait to get drinks is terribly long. And all of it seems so unnecessary. I've been to hundreds of Starbucks all over the country. This is by far the worst. To the point where I'm not coming back.

I've frequented this Starbucks since it opened. Initially I used the drive thru until that started taking forever. Then I began using the mobile app and picking up my drink inside. Very rarely was my drink not ready or nearly ready when I arrived. Since they remodeled the wait time at the "mobile pick up window" has been ridiculous. And they'll let your drink just sit on the counter inside and not announce your drink is ready. While I prefer to spend my money in the City whenever possible, my time is too valuable and my patience is too short to continue to patronize this location.
