Ordered a traveller ahead on the app that said it would take 7-12 minutes to make.
I showed up 20 mins later and it wasn’t even close to done and I received a traveler that was less than half full.
Took another 15 to get my “pre-order” ready.
Not a great experience when the location only has a walk up window while it’s below freezing in Michigan.

This location is not my go to location, but only because they stay busy. But my daughter wanted to make a customized drink and when I tell you they went above and beyond to ensure she was pleased. She told them what she wanted and they delivered!!! And this was after being denied by other locations that stated they didn’t offer customizations. She even called back to make a change and they had no problem making the adjustment. When I tell you she was just so tickled to receive her drink and it was tasty too!! So, I would have to say well worth the wait. They are pleasant and put the customer first, which is just not something you find often in recent times.

Almost every time I’ve been here they’re out of something. The walk up window is a joke as far as getting orders out in a timely fashion, because they’d have to actually acknowledge you in a timely fashion for that to happen.

This used to be one of my favorite locations, been coming here since they opened but I’m officially done and will drive the extra couple miles to Royal Oak. The wait times are horrible. Why does it take 30min for a mobile order? That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Then there is very snooty, nice/nasty girl that usually works the walk up window that hands out the coffee without sleeves or stoppers. Then gets an attitude when you ask her for anything. The quality of drinks has gone down to the point they are not even good anymore. Every PSL I have gotten from this location this season has been disgusting.
Love Starbucks. Just not this location. Lines are long and service is slow. They are chronically and consistently understaffed. Not a fan of this location.

This Starbucks is in Michigan. It’s cold, rainy, or snowing for half the year. Someone made the decision to make it a drive through and mobile walk up only. No public access to the building, even if just to pick up your order and leave.

This Starbucks has gotten extremely slow in the past few months. I would have thought that closing down the lobby and doing a mobile order window with speed things up like it does and other cities. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue.
