I've been frequenting this spot for over 16years, I'm sure more. They hands down have the BEST TACOS. My husband cooks often but if I'm going to buy from a food truck, this will be THE ONE!
I came across this hidden gem by chance, and I’ve been coming back ever since! 🌮😍 I’m willing to make the drive from Ypsi because the food here never disappoints. Tacos El Primo in Farmington Hills offers delicious and authentic Mexican food. The tacos, especially the Tacos de Lengua, are highly praised for their taste and affordable prices. The menu also includes a flavorful torta and a warm consummé for cold days. The restaurant has a large and cozy lobby for dine-in, so you don't feel on top of each other, but also offers take-away options. For over a decade, a Taco Trailer with no wheels sits outside a large Air Condition Dining Room on Central just South of Michigan Ave. Every dish comes with Sauteed Onions and Jalapeno w Salsa too. This place is hopping all day long, and at dinner time after 5pm, the dining room and parking lot fill up. The very best all Meat Burrito any place in Metro Detroit, packed with Meat, Onion, Cilantro n Creama—a mega deal. The grande Chicken n Cheese Quesadilla is a real winner on the super cheap. Two different Green Salsa Verde are marvelous and creamy, the very best. Truly a Classic Detroit hidden Gem with the BEST birria quesadillas around. The authenticity is second to none. This is a cash only place.
