I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday over brunch at the Apparatus Room. I had known about The Apparatus Room but this was my first time experiencing the true gem that it is. Stayed at the Detroit Foundation Hotel for NCAA Sweet Sixteen. After an incredible lunch (Smash Burger and Bibb salad), we returned for breakfast the next day for The breakfast sandwich and yogurt parfait. Dinner that night was spectacular - sourdough bread, tuna crudo, swarma potatoes, porchetta for two, and strawberry shortcake. Cocktails and wine were incredible. This is a must for any foodie visiting Detroit! Can’t wait to come back!
