This is the first time I’ve been to a restaurant that adds an automatic 18% gratuity fee. I felt that was a bit strange. The food is overpriced for my own liking but the restaurant has a nice ambience. The bartender was very friendly and we received great service but would have liked it to be a bit cheaper. We also had no option but to sit at the bar.
I've had the opportunity to enjoy brunch (short rib skillet) and dinner (Cajun pasta, sweet chili wings, fries and Salmon burger) at The Block , and I was not disappointed with either, not to mention the drinks 🔥 . If you ever just have a rough day need uplifting the staff alone is AMAZING, I promise you'll leave with so much joy in your heart!!! If you don't enjoy music/loudness this is not the place for you on weekends.
Food is delicious, generous portions and excellent customer service. Our Server Michelle was very attentive, pleasant and answered all our questions. She made suggestions and over all made our celebration meal great!
