Whenever I order an omelet at a restaurant, I always hope that it comes out of the kitchen looking like this. Their omelets are delicately cooked eggs on the exterior with a hearty portion of high quality.Ingredients on the inside. Between my wife and I, we got the oyster mushroom po boy, banana pancakes, and the vegan poutine. Everything was so delicious…especially the po boy. Those mushrooms are breaded and seasoned so perfectly.

We were excited to try the poutine after reading great reviews. Unfortunately, the Bistek Poutine was disappointing. The fries seemed slightly burnt (noticeably dark color) and had a bitter flavor, which even with the waiter's explanation about the caramelized sugar, the bitterness was too prominent and not enjoyable.
On a positive note, the Banana Walnuts Pancake was absolutely delicious! We might give them another chance to try the classic poutine, but this first...
