Really enjoyed the oyster mushroom calamari-- as someone who loves fried calamari and also enjoys vegan food I think this is a really tasty shareable dish. The mushrooms have more flavor than calamari does, they work really well for recreating the texture and seasonings, I really enjoyed those.
