Food trucks are always fun! Most often, they have great concepts and tasty good food.The Burger Truck did not disappoint.I experienced the parm fries and sliders.The fries were crisp and cooked in fresh oil. The parmesean cheese coating made them absolutely delicious.The sliders were surprisingly meaty, although served in smash burger style.
