I enjoyed the experience, but it was less “authentic” than I expected. Lighting the cheese dishes seemed like a big deal. Meanwhile, we never got our halloumi cheese appetizer. Meatballs were overcooked and dry. Still and all, I recommend it, but lower your expectations.

We had a wonderful evening here - everyone made us feel like we were ‘regulars’ and the food was fantastic. Real Greek menu. We were in Detroit on the way to Lake Michigan and stopped by randomly for dinner. Well worth it! Will return next trip.

We haven’t been here in over 30 years but decided to try it since our former favorite has really declined.
First, it is so nice on the inside. The family of original owners have done a fantastic job. We loved the connected market.

The food:
Best saganaki ever !!!
Delicious Greek salad.
The classic gyro was deconstructed

The place is hopping so be prepared to wait for drinks and food.
