This review is for Rick. I give him 5 stars for his professioinal attitude, Knowledge of how a business should be run and just for being friendly. This person definitely needs a raise or promotion. but then he would still have the problem of dealing with a staff that has a long way to go in terms of customer relations. Example, I asked for Oatmeal and the cashier asked the lady standing next to the oatmeal if we had any; without even looking she just said no. Dead pan expression...read full review
I wanted to try Tim hortons (I'm from Indiana-we don't have them). I just got a coffee, nothing else. Yet I was waiting for over 5 minutes? The coffee was nice because it was the only coffee I had that wasn't acidic/over roasted (is this a Detroit thing?). Yay for the coffee. May for the overall service/management.
