Bianca was absolutely amazing! So personable and just great overall! She seemed to connect with everyone and talk to everyone. She also had this journal book with prompts that was such a unique idea and a good way to find a prompt to take something off your mind before a trip! Would 100% recommend her!!!!

The Vino Volo at the DTW airport is wonderful! The staff that were present on 3/24/26 around 4pm were fantastic. I could tell everyone around me was having a nice time as well. Total kudos to the staff for being extra attentive involved and nice. I hope to see the same staff again my next trip - that’s how great they were.

I’m a regular at DTW Vino Volo. A great respite between flights. But when Chris is here it’s an entirely different, positive energy that makes everyone happy they’ve stopped, and happier as they travel on. I’ve experienced his people skills and service for years - and always approach with the hope that he’s working - because it’s a positive visit to end my travel week. Cheers!
