Sandwich was good, ordered at the kiosk so I didn’t interact with staff much. Kiosk was missing many items from the menu, like the shakes. I ordered a cookie but never got it. Didn’t notice till I got home so I can’t get a refund. ):

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and I have to say the sandwich was amazing and service was quick. The staff was super friendly and hooked me up. I will definitely be back here for lunch!

I walked in the front door about noon. I was the only customer in the lobby. The two employees just stared at me and rolled their eyes and chewed gum After a few minutes of standing at the cash register with out being greeted or asked what I wanted, I walked out. Definitely not a welcoming environment. I won’t be back.

Good sandwiches, questionable service.Cheese was added to my sandwich mistakenly (it was not ordered with cheese). Who I assume was the manager or shift leader was accommodating and friendly. They provided a refund, and offered to make a new sandwich. I appreciate that.However when I noticed muffin crumbs falling from a tall staff member's mouth as he was eating and talking with his mouth full over the cutting board/sandwich toppings, I made a comment and declined the replacement sandwich.

bruh, waited 45 minutes for my sub just to realize they haven't even thrown it in the oven. Asked for a refund and got it. The two employees today lacked basic skills like communication and a sense of urgency. Not once did they even apologize for them being so behind. GG
