I have to say that most of the time my drinks are made correctly. Once in awhile there's an issue. But that being said, nobody's perfect and things happen especially during peak busy times and training new employees. So I totally get it. Anytime I've had an issue, it's been resolved. I'm out of state visiting family and this is the closest sbuxs to them. I only order one drink and each time it's different. There is no consistency and the espresso is unbearably bitter. This is an indicator that they are not cleaning/servicing their machines regularly. Also, when people pay extra for an add-on like cold foam give them some cold foam. Staff could use some work as well.
I’ve always had a great experience at this Starbucks location. I typically order via the app for pickup and 9 times out of 10, my order is normally correct. It’s convenient and consistent!
