“They hosted the holiday hustle 13.1 mile run. I'm from Canada and came over for the run I stupidly didn't bring US cash. My visa usually works but was unfortunately not going through. Even though the bar was very busy the girl behind the counter was extremely kind to me and didn't make a big deal about an embarrassing situation. I hope to come back and repay their kindness.”

“Ordered a personal pizza. Was really good. Crunchy crust, not too thick. Sauce was the right amount and cheese was perfectly melted.

Interior of the building was very clean, and very spacious for customers to be separate from one another.

Parking: Free parking is behind the building off the main street. Can be hard to find if you dont know your way around.

Kid-friendliness: Brought my two little ones both under 3 with me and they had a great selection of kids meals and had booster seats and high chairs available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its ground floor entrance. Very easily wheelchair accesible.”

“I absolutely love this bar. Award winning whiskey blended by the owner and the speakeasy vibe is beautiful. It's surprisingly kid-friendly, everyone is welcome. The bartender just pulled out his guitar and is amazing so with this cocktail it's a great night.”

“You know what it is. This is the deluxe greasy spoon one stop pick Up spot. These guys have done a wonderful job cramming so much in to a little spot and still providing excellent service and a consistent product. Great neighbors too. These guys participate in the community and I see them sponsoring many events. They deserve the support of the city and I think they get it. You know what you’re getting here. I only order shakes Burgers and fries. It’s all you need they use knights beef!!”

“Dexter Pub is the best. I’ve been going there since I was a kid, and I go there with my parents a lot. The food is amazing and Peter is just the nicest guy. It’s the best place in Dexter to get food.

Edit 11/2/24: my husband, son, and I went to the Pub after trick-or-treating on Halloween and the hostess was extremely rude. When she sat us to our seats, she slammed the menus on the table, gave me a dirty look, and said “here you go.” I won’t change my rating, only because we like Pete and we eat there all the time. But that hostess needs a serious attitude adjustment or I will have to say something next time she’s rude.”

“We go here every Friday after work. The service is superb, the beer selection is impressive, and the atmosphere is chill. I am vegetarian and super appreciative for the portobello burger. Any food anyone orders in our group comes out fresh and hot. Some favorites from our group include the sliders, poutine and they have sweet potato fries! This last week they had a chickpea burger on special which was super exciting for me and it was delicious! I hope this becomes a regular offering!”

“Whoever the owner of this spectacular establishment is, I’d like to thank you personally and shake your hand for consistently giving me the best lattes I’ve ever had in my life. How do you do it? How do your recipes literally taste like liquid form of what you’re advertising them to be? Banana bread latte? You can’t convince me you didn’t blend a piece of banana bread in there. Campfire chai? I’ve literally been transported to a pumpkin farm surrounded by colorful leaves with a campfire in front of me. If your business were ever struggling you give me a call because I would sustain that place and buy 100 coffees a day if that meant the world would continue to be blessed by your existence. Don’t tell me it’s the quality of syrups or espresso, I KNOW the magic you use behind that counter to make your coffees so good. It’s called love. Thank you for always giving me the best lattes I’ve ever had. You make my morning commute bearable, dare I say enjoyable.”

“I grew up in the greater New York City area, where we have some of the greatest food on the planet. I will tell you that when it comes to Chinese food, this restaurant did not disappoint. The food is outstanding! The restaurant is clean and the service is good. I do need to tell you, however, that you may encounter a language barrier, so be aware of that particularly when it comes to discussing your order. This place is authentic in every way! By the way, the lunch menu is outstanding, and the prices are unbelievably affordable.”
