“Finally stopped in last night! The pasta was delicious and the store offers a unique variety of items! It is a great addition to downtown Dexter!”

“These guys brew great sour beer! We got to visit on a pretty slow night and taste a few of their different draft selections. Bartenders were really nice and answered all of our questions... Really convenient to have the deli next door for anybody who wants a snack. Enjoyed the beer, cleanliness of the place and the staff.”

“Ordered a personal pizza. Was really good. Crunchy crust, not too thick. Sauce was the right amount and cheese was perfectly melted.

Interior of the building was very clean, and very spacious for customers to be separate from one another.

Parking: Free parking is behind the building off the main street. Can be hard to find if you dont know your way around.

Kid-friendliness: Brought my two little ones both under 3 with me and they had a great selection of kids meals and had booster seats and high chairs available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its ground floor entrance. Very easily wheelchair accesible.”

“You know what it is. This is the deluxe greasy spoon one stop pick Up spot. These guys have done a wonderful job cramming so much in to a little spot and still providing excellent service and a consistent product. Great neighbors too. These guys participate in the community and I see them sponsoring many events. They deserve the support of the city and I think they get it. You know what you’re getting here. I only order shakes Burgers and fries. It’s all you need they use knights beef!!”

“Dexter Pub is the best. I’ve been going there since I was a kid, and I go there with my parents a lot. The food is amazing and Peter is just the nicest guy. It’s the best place in Dexter to get food.

Edit 11/2/24: my husband, son, and I went to the Pub after trick-or-treating on Halloween and the hostess was extremely rude. When she sat us to our seats, she slammed the menus on the table, gave me a dirty look, and said “here you go.” I won’t change my rating, only because we like Pete and we eat there all the time. But that hostess needs a serious attitude adjustment or I will have to say something next time she’s rude.”

“The food was great and everyone we spoke to was nice and welcoming. That said, you can tell they are still working out the kinks. Food was slow for some tables and there seemed to be some missing consistency in how fast they could get to customers and tables. I am sure this will improve when they get their legs under them (and I look forward to putting it all 5 star then :-))”

“This is our "go-to" chinese restaurant at least once a week. Great family ownership! Really good food!! Especially good dumplings and fresh vegetables!”

“We go here every Friday after work. The service is superb, the beer selection is impressive, and the atmosphere is chill. I am vegetarian and super appreciative for the portobello burger. Any food anyone orders in our group comes out fresh and hot. Some favorites from our group include the sliders, poutine and they have sweet potato fries! This last week they had a chickpea burger on special which was super exciting for me and it was delicious! I hope this becomes a regular offering!”

“Whoever the owner of this spectacular establishment is, I’d like to thank you personally and shake your hand for consistently giving me the best lattes I’ve ever had in my life. How do you do it? How do your recipes literally taste like liquid form of what you’re advertising them to be? Banana bread latte? You can’t convince me you didn’t blend a piece of banana bread in there. Campfire chai? I’ve literally been transported to a pumpkin farm surrounded by colorful leaves with a campfire in front of me. If your business were ever struggling you give me a call because I would sustain that place and buy 100 coffees a day if that meant the world would continue to be blessed by your existence. Don’t tell me it’s the quality of syrups or espresso, I KNOW the magic you use behind that counter to make your coffees so good. It’s called love. Thank you for always giving me the best lattes I’ve ever had. You make my morning commute bearable, dare I say enjoyable.”
